Once you've purchased your brand I will be in touch within 2 business days to touch base with you and collect all the information I need.
✔ EDIT + customize
Over 3-5 business days I will work on customizing the brand identity to your business. I will then send it to you for approval and we then have one round of revisions to get it just right!
Once we've signed off on your new brand, I will send you all your files in a google drive folder, along with some launch graphics. Then pop the bubbly and celebrate the super easy launch of your new brand identity!

WHAT FILE TYPES WILL I RECEIVE?
Semi-Custom brands come with files in .png and .jpg format. You will receive each logo type in every brand colour for web (RGB) and print (CMYK).
can i edit the logos my self?
Semi-Custom brands do not come with editable files.
What if i want business cards or other collateral?
No problem! Just let me know what collateral items you want and I can give you a quote.
What is your return policy?
Because semi-custom brands are a digital product, I do not offer refunds. You can read more about that on our legal pages.
